Here is a list of areas we have serviced or are willing to serve with estimated quotes. If your area isn't listed, reach out for a quote. Please be aware that these quotes only apply to single documents without witnesses. These do not apply to real estate packages. If you have a mobile notary from our area that is charging lower than us we will price match. We also offer a 20% military and senior discount. These fees are not set in stone. Please reach out to us for an exact quote. There is a $25 fee on holidays, weekends and between 7 PM-7 AM.

There will be mileage fees on service calls that are canceled while enroute. If signers can not provide a valid ID, have a partially completed document that must be signed in front of a notary or can not provide a witness when the document requests one, you will have the choice to reschedule your appointment when you can acquire a witness or a blank document but will still need to pay mileage and administrative fees. If you cancel or reschedule before the notary leaves to meet you there will be no charge. If paying by card there will be a digital transfer fee. If you chose to pay the invoice at a later date there is a late fee of 15% applied after the 30 day mark. There will be a 15% fee on bounced checks.​
