A Pennsylvania Notary is not permitted to charge more than the published rates on the PA Department of State website for a notarial stamp. Many Notaries do however assess administrative fees to cover their travel or their overhead such as rent, copies, and record keeping. These fees are appropriate as long as they are indicated as separate from the State fee, and they may vary from notary to notary.

Travel Fee - $0.75 per mile (round trip). Fee will be rounded to the closest dollar.

Courier fee - $30 for documents notarized by us. Documents notarized by us are included in the administrative fee.

Cancelation fee - Agreed upon fee minus any stamp fees.

- Notarizations are by appointment only. I do not accept walk ins unless specified otherwise.
-Customers who do not bring their ID will still be subject to travel and admin fees.
-Cancellation fee only applies to appointments canceled while notary is en route.
-We are currently not an authorized PennDOT agent, so are unable to offer transfer registration from one vehicle to another or issue temporary registration cards or plates. We can, however, notarize your title. For complete service on a motor vehicle transfer you will need to see an authorized PennDOT agent.
-Vehicle titles require a deposit on mileage. If you are unable to provide a deposit I will only come out if you and the buyer have agreed upon a sale amount. Mileage is non-refundable once I am en route. I WILL REFUSE TO NOTARIZE A PARTIALLY COMPLETED CAR TITLE, as it could cost me my notary commission. If the seller is unable to produce the title, I am unable to notarize it. Travel and administrative fees will still apply. If you chose to use us when you find or acquire a new title we will offer you a discounted rate on your second appointment.
-Please inform us if you need witnesses for your documents and don't have any, as we could provide them for a fee. It is ill advised to use a relative as a witness. If witnesses are not provided you will still be charged travel/admin fees.
